Registration is open to all interested persons. This Conference is a professional medical meeting intended for physicians, medical oncologists, oncologists working in other speciality area such as radiation oncology and surgery, surgeons, researchers, scientists and allied health professionals who are engaged in or are interested in oncology research, clinical practice and patient care.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Industry Professionals are professionals who work in the health sector but not in a role of providing primary health care treatment options directly to patients. Industry professionals often work within a multidisciplinary health team to provide the best patient outcomes and may be involved in administration, care and monitoring of treatments. 

Members/Non Members; are professionals who are medically trained and qualified person (such as a doctor) who works directly with patients and advises them of treatment options.

Online Registration Platform

The registration platform is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to add social function tickets, add/amend your extras, book or amend your accommodation, make payment, edit/begin your abstract or download your invoice.

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Name badge

Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.


Group Registration

The Group registration is offered when a single entity registers five (5) or more individuals.  The Group registration is available via a hard copy form, downloadable from the conference website [link].

The Group registration form must be received by the Conference Managers on or before date to be eligible for the early registration fee and payment must be received by date, even without the list of participants.  The final list of participants must be submitted by date.  Should this deadline not be met, the difference between early and standard registration fees will apply and must be paid in order to process the Group registration.

Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private function, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program.

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.  Payment are processed via our our secure website in ‘real time’.  Accepted credit cards: MasterCard,  and Visa. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘MOGA – Medical Oncology Group of Australia’.


Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers

Registration Fees: On / Before 22 June will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.  On / Before 15 July will incur a 50% cancellation.  No refunds after 15 July 2018.

Accommodation:  Due to hotel policy we cannot secure any accommodation bookings without a full payment for the number of night’s reserved room rate. If payment has not been received by 8 July 2018 or within 30 date of registration lodgement whichever occurs first, your accommodation will be automatically cancelled.
• Full amount must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
• Deposit is non-refundable at 15 July 2018.

Your unpaid registration will only be valid for 30 days from date of registration. If payment has not been received by 5 July 2018, whichever occurs first, your registration will be automatically cancelled.


The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
